Cafe Sabor - Reservar uma mesa

Total random stop in that did not disappoint. We were in Zions and St George to do some cycling and when we biked past this place there was a like out the door and when we returned that direction after our ride, four hours later there was STILL a lone out the door. We cooled off in the pool, showered and wandered over around 7pm thinking the lines may have gone down (cuZ they close at 8 and there was still a 45 min wait for seating! Luckily a couple left the bar area so we were seated right away. The Chino spinach mexi egg rolls were spectacular!! Incredible mix and flavor. Shrimp ceviche was “meh” not bad but not traditional Peruvian style (tigers blood ceviche. They don’t offer dessert but...

Cafe Sabor is delicious! My husband had the chicken fajitas. The flour tortillas were homemade and VERY good. I had the enchilada, one sweet pork and one chicken. They both had plenty of meat! The chips and salsa were incredible!! They brought out one bowl of spicy and one mild. I don't typically like spicy but it had so much flavor! And last but not least...get the HORCHATA!!!! I don't know why they don't have drinks on the menu but we asked about it and don't regret it one bit. It was so creamy and flavorful. 10/10 Would recommend!

Spinach artichoke dip was awesome, taco chicken salad was really good. Fajitas were not to flavorful. Don’t order the margaritas I don’t think they put any tequila in it. Our server was very friendly. Salsa and chips were good. We sat upstairs enjoyed it.

Great food and service! I have a kind of weird order and they got it right! Our server was very specific when putting in my order! The mild salsa is good, the hot is pretty darn hot! The chips are amazing!
