Café Zupas - Reservar uma mesa

Zupas has always been a favorite but the service keeps getting worse. We Went in tonight and they had plenty of staff. However, There is a lack of communication between the staff. we were the only ones in line when we showed up and multiple people showed up afterwards. When we reached check out I gave them my order. We waited a few minutes and they asked my order again- which they had partially prepped to dine in when we had asked for it to go. At this point, the next two customers orders are ready. Meanwhile they asked for my order 3 more times. I think I repeated my order back at least 7 times. We were waiting on a sandwich, and when they finally had it ready, they forgot it was a to go or...

Delicious and well serve. I love it. Just two small things to go: the tables weren't prepared yet though they have customers ready to eat. Possibly they need to hire someone. Also my portion of soup was small. I saw other customers bowls and I felt jealous I was almost to ask for a small bowl of soup to go just to compensate my frustration but I was full. But I don't feel regret because it was so yummy. Oh!, and the caramel salty creme brulee was so good, decadent... I'll go next time with my family

Food is always good. Staff is always friendly and helpful. But in the evenings when I've gone, now three times, the dining area is a mess. The garbage is literally overflowing, and many tables have trays from previous customers piled up. I don't understand, there are plenty of employees, but apparently none are assigned to clean the dining area. It's disappointing, because I really like the food, and like I said, the staff is great. Weird.

It is full of the people you would expect. Screaming children running around and parents doing nothing. Apart from that it is weirdly cold no matter what time you go. The service is not super great and many manager level people are highly passive aggressive to both customers and employees. Why waste a great location with not great service? Would not super recommend.

Every single time I was there the ice machine that dispenses ice was absolutely unacceptable, it looked and smelled like it was never cleaned. You need to look up there and clean it. It's very noticeable, your dispenser might make people sick. It's near the handle and the in the clear plastic piece. This was a span of 4 months every couple weeks I would go in.
