great weather, 11.30 a.m. so not too hot, goes to the mainboard on teneriffa and they pass this small bar near a beautiful mountain village. they stop, sit on the street in the sun and order 2 coffees, 1. water and 1 bocadillo. service very friendly and with a beautiful smile. the natives say good morning when they arrive. the bocadillo comes (I had the fried kalb) and how delicious is that? beautiful fresh brot, a little coleslaw, cheese, tomato, red bevel and tasty calf. everything was right. we spent an hour simply the street café and when we paid the bill, it came to under 10 euros. you can't put a price on a good atmosphere. we drove almost to the village because it looked sweet, we had...

drive back to the sea from the Teide region, we stayed in vilaflor for lunch. tito is only on the main road, looks inconspicuous, but they serve very good food there. the best grilled chistorra I ate on teneriffa. my wife had a rabbit and I liked it very much. tortilla was not spectacular, but still good. good price.

Driving up the slopes of Tede, we fancied a coffee. And we found Tito. A local bar, with locals passing the time of day, we had two coffees, a veal roll and a bottle of water, all for 8 euros. The waiter was very friendly...and the whole place had a very non-touristy feel. A very pleasant 30 minute interlude.

we like it, the foods were very delicious! the mama is the best of teneriffa! eating the local, very tasty. the cortado is the best coffee. the crew was very friendly.

when we came here, the place was filled with locals, which was already a very big sign. we tried candy meat and a roll with goat cheese. both were great!
