We had gone here for an afternoon coffee last week, to support a local shop instead of big chain Starbucks. I've been here before and usually the service is decent. To my surprise this time was horribly different! We were two women, one with a mask and the other without because she had a medical exemption and could not wear one. The young lady behind the cash refused to serve us, she didn't even offer to take our order and bring it outside... We kindly explained that the law clearly states that there are mask exemptions and that it should be respected. This hidden gem is located next to the bay in a charming little town. The cafe and shop feature locally sourced products, which are evident in the quality and care put into everything. The coffee and espresso are rich and flavorful, with no hint of a metallic or chemical taste often found in chain cafes. The smoothies and mixed drinks, especially the house specials, are excellent and made with real ingredients, not artificial syrups like at other places. It's hard to add to the reviews that have already come before mine because how often does a reader need to read about how cozy and welcoming this cafe is? The ambiance is warm, the outdoor seating facing the water is equally beautiful in winter and summer (albeit for different reasons . The only difficulty I encountered was a lack of parking space. Although I was able to park on a side street it was a little tricky with the reduced available space due to snow/ice. They offer a wide variety of specialty coffees, teas, smoothies, and more. The service was excellent, with the friendly server helping me choose the perfect drink. The barista was attentive and made sure I felt comfortable with my selection. I tried their specialty of the month, the Pumpkin Spice Latte, and it was delicious! My friend opted for a smoothie and also loved it. We will definitely be returning to try out more of their specialties. The food and drinks are both visually appealing and tasty. I stopped in yesterday morning for the first time after driving by many times before, and it won't be the last. This place is very nice inside and out. The service, atmosphere, coffee, and food were all top notch. If you are ever in Vaudreuil, make sure you stop here. You will not be disappointed. Step aside Starbucks Tims. I found my favourite spot! Very cozy atmosphere, staff super friendly and helpful. Will definitely return again and again. Not enough good things to say about this place. It's simply perfection.

Cafexo is totally worth the drive from Beaconsfield. Such a charming atmosphere and delicious offerings.
