Caffe Nero - Reservar uma mesa

The staff and service at this restaurant were absolutely amazing. Ben, in particular, was wonderful - providing beautiful help and fast service with a smile. We sat near the counter and received a warm and friendly welcome from all the staff. They truly deserve a reward for their excellent service. Highly recommend!

The coffee at this restaurant is amazing, much better than other popular coffee chains. The food is also delicious. However, the restaurant is in need of some serious renovation as the premises are dirty and the toilets are cramped and unclean.

The Christmas drinks were both overpriced and unpleasant. When I asked a staff member about it, they told me that's how they were meant to be and walked away. I do not recommend this place.

The strong, hot coffee at this restaurant is fantastic and one of the best I've had. The staff were great and the chouxnut donut was superb - amazing and spectacular. Well done, Cafe Nero!

I prefer to go to Nero's or Costa. Just had a decaf Americano today. Although I do love their heavenly croissant, the service was chaotic (missed and falsely announced).
