Caffe Nero - Reservar uma mesa

This is a conveniently located shop for Birmingham New Street Station. It was very hot on entry and there was a large queue on a Saturday afternoon. It appeared to be one trained member of staff with two trainees, however at one point just the trainees were left to serve. I queued for 15 minutes and whilst the coffees were fine, standard Caffe NEro, I felt the wait was too long. They had also run out of plates to serve the cakes on. Unless they get more staff I would not return, as mentioned earlier it was also oppressively hot throughout.

I always get the hot chocolate from here. it is very convenient positioned directly in front of grand central, so it is good for those who want to take a fast hot drink before their train. there is only one toilet down below that is shared and there are additional seats down. they have a series of cakes and cookies for sale, as shown in my picture.

best coffee in Britain! really delicious desserts. super comfortable chairs. very friendly and professional staff. they can come here with their laptop and work quiet drinking excellent coffee. very good place for rest)

A bit of a tatty environment plus the door wouldn’t close so it was very cold in there. Unusual as Caffè Nero are our coffee shop of choice but we won’t be choosing this one Staff n coffee as good as always however.

good coffee shop near the train station, powerpoints for chargers available. very practical. All right.
