Popped in with a friend last week after not visiting for a while. We didn't stay. It was quite full but none of the tables were wiped while we waited for one that came available. While we waited no member of staff asked if we wanted to wait; if they could help us etc. It is said that the Emperor Nero played his fiddle while Rome burned. Like him, the staff seemed not too interested in what was happening around them. Maybe if the place had a facelift in terms of decor, it might be more welcoming and make the staff more willing.
