Cajun Roux Grill - Reservar uma mesa

Let me start by saying that the service we received at Cajun Roux was some of the worst service I’ve ever received from any restaurant. To start off, when my family and I were seated , our server never once introduced herself. When asking for her opinions and recommendations we received nothing , as if she’d never tried anything off the menu. Moreover , when it was time for us to order we were very rushed through the entire process. While in the ordering process my younger sister gets confused and asks for an extra side of fries; being that our server was so short with us she took that request and returned to the back so quickly that she was unable to hear us when trying to get her attention...

This food...omg this food. The restaurant was too dark for me to take a photo, and it was a bit loud. But yall, this food. It was so good. My fish was a tad on the salty side, but it was still delicious. The grilled asparagus was quite nice as well. Highly recommend the fried green tomato starter.Also, the service. Morgan was our server, and i am not sure we could have gotten anyone better. Morgan had great recommendations and was attentive.My one gripe is the perpetuation of the tip shaming at the front. A sign that says, If you can 't afford at least a 20% tip, then Cajun Roux is not for you, is a bit off-putting, though i know folks dont tip 20% sometimes. I would never go to a restaurant...

Excellent cuisine. Calamari was crispy, light, tender. Grilled Parmesan oysters were full of flavor filling. Blackened redfish was fresh, not over-seasoned, I'm pretty discerning, too. Kudos to the chef staff!

The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Our server was very pleasant and friendly and did an excellent job.Thanks again for a great experience.
