Caldwell Seafood Market Cafe

I’d give this restaurant 5 stars for both the food and the service. The fried seafood platter might deserve only about 3.5 stars for value, as it felt a bit pricey for the amount of food, but I have to say it was simply *excellent*. The calamari accompanied by Fra Diavolo sauce was outstanding—tender, fresh, well-seasoned, and the sauce had a nice kick to it. The portion of calamari was generous. The fried seafood platter was absolutely delicious, but I was a bit disappointed with the quantity. It included two impressive, large shrimp, one fantastic scallop, and two small but very tasty pieces of breaded fried fish (breaded, not battered). Everything we tried was fantastic, even the coleslaw...

Recommended by a family member, we decided to go by. A beautiful and intimate atmosphere, clean and personal. I ordered the lobster ravioli, my other family ordered the grilled salmon, fish and chips. Can you say delicious and fast service!! A real hidden jewel in Caldwell. Didn;t even have room for dessert.... We will definitely return!!

Excellent! Owner was very attentive to all in his restaurant. Come out and talk to us. The food was very good. Our waitress: Jane, was a doll. Very attentive with a happy disposition. Would definitely go back here. Can't recommend this place enough.

World class quality fish right in town. We are so fortunate to have this place, they have incredible product. When I moved to the area from New York City I thought finding good seafood would be impossible. Thanks to Caldwell seafood I was wrong. Reserve uma mesa agora

What a wonderful restaurant, a bit small, but they make in size with the service and food! New management went beyond and beyond to my wife and I, overall pleasant and fun experience. Make reservations before time

Caldwell Seafood is always consistent with fresh seafood. Waitresses are always pleasant and attentive to all your dining needs. You know you will always enjoy your meal…never disappointed.

Everything was excellent, as always. The deep-roasted burrata was delicious, and the grilled seafood platter offered great value. The Sicilian cod was also outstanding.

I would come back just for the raw Oysters (local).. They were incredible! Friendly staff as well.

Very good food. On par with PF Seafood market down the way. Very limited seating. Call ahead.
