California Rollin' Sushi

We asked to be seated outside and we were seated right away. They have quite a variety of food options, so don't let the fact that they are a sushi restaurant scare you away, there's lots of options and they happily made substitutions for us and said it was no problem. Our waitress was great, but I think she forgot part of our order, the steamed edamame. I asked where it was and she quickly replied it would be ready in a few minutes, it was an appetizer. Everything was brought at once, I would think it would be pretty quick to steam something . . When it did arrive, it was cold. they also kept stopping by to clean up the table when we were still eating, both contributed to my review of only...

If I could give 6 stars I would! This place is one I will return to! The location is simply priceless. I got to eat and take a walk on the pier. The crawdads appetizer was cooked so well and the sauce was delicious. The Salmon bowl was run of the mill but delicious. I had a mango mojiito and it had real mango in it. The sever was nice and attentive and the decor was fresh and modern. This is a Rochester gem.

eating and drinks are very good here. they need to taste the different sorts of sushi and pair with their drinks, they trust me that they will not be disappointed. the best part I like is if they can eat outside in the bar or in the tables. there are also live music, but check and see what time they play. the personal is super nice and will answer all questions about their menu.

the best sushi I ever had. my daughter got the philadelphia roll with salmon and I got a spicy tempura garnel roll with cocosnuss. only fabulous. my man got the fish fry that was a huge and thick piece of fish with a fantastic crusty chewed. the riders were also great. highly recommended! beautiful location of charlotte pier am lake ontario.

great atmosphere. I had a problem with point-of-sale and the barkeeper just gave me a coke. Great music and the Valerie-Tempura was fantastic.
