Callaway's Bistro - Reservar uma mesa

Hmm, I am surprised I didn't love this as much as I hoped! Apparently it's the best Italian in Cache Valley, and even though it was good I didn't think it was anything to write home about. Bob's Salad was actually the best of everything we tried! We also had a margarita pizza, a little too doughy, and fettuccine alfredo, which needed more seasoning/flavor. It's difficult for me to pay $15 for pasta when it's nothing fancy... The service was great though! Cozy atmosphere, clean, you know everything else that's necessary for a nice experience. The food just unfortunately didn't strike a cord. TIPS TRICKS: KEEP THE BREADSTICKS COMING!

Ordered their salmon tonight and without a doubt it was the worst salmon I have ever been served, dry, over cooked and waited far too long to be served our order. I would have sent it back but the waitress never made it back to our table after giving us our meals. I have dined here many times and overall it has always been positive. Not tonight. I won't be going back.

Wait time is always insane, however the service makes up for it. Servers are always very kind and understanding. I'm only giving 2 stars because I've gotten food poisoning the last 2 times I've been there :

Super yummy food and great service! The staff is amazing and friendly! It's a really great place for spending time with friends or family for a night out or a date night as well!

Great place. Smithfield has a great Italian place. I got the pasta with chicken Alfredo and was very impressed. Went here for my grandpas b-day was impressed
