Campanile Bordeaux Sud Pessac

Me and my wife were trying to sleep but people that stayed at a room below us were making a lot of noise. I called the reception and asked if they could talk to these people and ask them to lower their voices. The boy from the reception came outside to check but said that they were not making a lot of noise and walked away. Update: As the loud noises continued me and my wife walked to the reception and wanted to talk with the same boy. The boy was clearly afraid to go and talk with the guests at room 003 , and basically did not want to help us and said that there was nothing he could do. We then asked for the manager to which he replied that the manager was a sleep and didnt want to call him...

Staff is friendly but can't speak English, considering they are in hotel business they should know English as well. Breakfast and food is okay. Room is also small and not enough cupboards to keep your stuff.

After a long drive, it was nice to be met by pleasant helpful manager and his team who were more than happy to help.Room clean comfy, food was good and price very reasonable.

Very simple but comfortable hotel where we stayed during our trip by car. Very close to the highway and the rooms are clean and bathrooms are excellent.
