This restaurant is worth the Rave reviews, 100%. The service alone makes it out of the crowd, in a time when many restaurants struggle with staff problems; everyone who served us was ridiculously friendly, polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and especially happy to spend the piece extra time photos for us, give us wine recommendations etc. clear, this place knows how to rent, train and keep high-quality people. The price is quite high, yes. We paid the $135 for the 6 course menu plus 3 bottles of wine, so the bill was a fair bunch of money, but it was worth it. The fish dishes were definitely the best we all enjoyed the oysters that none of us normally eat! The location is perfection, and at 5:3...

The CanoeHouse is a fantastic restaurant with a menu. The staff is attentive, servers are knowledgeable and Koch is a real talent. Menu choices emphasize local seafood and produce and express a sense of the region. I was disappointed that the pig buckles were replaced by pig mud during my last visit, but just something like that. The sea view is spectacular and underlines the quality of food and drinks. The cocktails are excellent and even worth the visit. Price scale according to the quality of ingredients and culinary talents - it is expensive.

We loved the Canoe House! The ocean views and restaurant ambiance are gorgeous and relaxing. The food was inventive and delicious. We loved the seasoned edamame, wickedly addictive pull apart bread, and preparation of the local catch. Sky was our server and she was very warm, attentive, and helpful with ordering. She made our dining experience even more special. I highly recommend dining at the Canoe House, especially around sunset.

Beautiful dinner in brilliant location. Go there for something special and you will not be disappointed. We were there twice during our stay in Fairmont. The second time it rained and the staff was a little overwhelmed with seating inside But the waitress Ashley was fantastic and funny and let us forget this glitter during the second visit. Food is excellent, you can see a great sunset

Nice restaurant on the water. We had excellent service and great recommendations. Try to book in advance, as it is very busy in the evenings! The head of the shrimp was delicious. Loved the radish salad with salmon skin, and the side of the mushrooms on the photo was surprisingly well finished with a delicious pineapple cake
