I moved to the Shire in 2000. I took my 3 year old daughter there regularly she for the long and short soup, and me for their amazing hot and sour beef rice noodle soup. Every time I go in, the lovely owner still asks after my daughter. How is the girl . In my twenty odd years of going there I have never heard any aggressive behaviour by the owner she is gentle and lovely to her customers, and they in return treat her accordingly. The owners work six days a week; they treat their customer 's with respect; which makes me I think the comment by Sh 3345 is a fake review. You get what you pay for. Cheap and big portion. Quality and hygiene are another issues. Upset tum one hour after is what you get. Now I am terrified when I see similar Chinese food. One good thing: the lady owner always hahaha no matter what you say.

This restaurant has been in Caringbah for years has a good selection of take away meals or you can eat in at one of the laminex tables. Honey Chicken is one of my favourites has only a light coating plenty of chicken.

Meals here are well priced and always consistent with excellent taste. Sales are predominantly take away, but the eat in option is also good.
