Capital Grille Restaurant

Capital Grille just LOOKS like a traditional steakhouse. The ambiance was perfect: subdued lighting, dark wood, traditional artwork, even a couple of stuffed deer heads and a wall of private wine lockers. The service was efficient, professional and excellent. Our questions were answered easily and accurately by a waiter who knew the menu and his craft. We started with an assortment of chilled shellfish; Shellfish Platter as I recall. It was well executed and presented and was more than enough for the two of us to share. Had a work lunch birthday celebration on Tuesday and service was great! We had a great server (sorry I can’t remember his name and the cheeseburgers were amazing! We can’t wait to go back!
