Caprese Trattoria - Reservar uma mesa

I went in and simply asked to borrow a menu (it appears to be a 11 x 14 piece of paper) for a group of 15-20 women that meet monthly, in members homes in Longmont. They were meeting in two days and would be discussing what restaurant to gather in during the holidays. I explained why looking online was not an option. In a very rude and dismissive manner he (slender, dark hair and glasses) refused and walked away. Needless to say the group will not be gathering there.

The butternut ravioli used to be my go to. I feel like it's super watery now. And giving me parm from the green can...appropriate for the pizza but pasta should have grated or shaved IMO. Just a preference, I guess. Service great as usual. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My favorite restaurant in Longmont. True Italian menu, not Americanized. Takes me back to all the things I loved about non red-sauce Italian food. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Linguine Vongole
