Usually order from here and everything has been good and orders correct. Today I placed a online order through the Capriotti's website about 900 am for a 1200 delivery. Order was delivered by a door dash to our front door to office. Unfortunately picked up by another employee to bring to conference room. Only brought sampler party tray with 3 sub types. Did not receive the 2 large bags of chips or all the condiments ordered for the subs! Called Capriotti's and I explained the situation. He didn't have to problem and said it was door dash dash delivery issue. Umm. I placed the order on your website not door dash. He was expecting me go pick up the items at store. Umm..no. I 've ordered many times before from this location and other than small issues .. it 's always been a good experience. This evening I ordered 2 cheese steaks and was very specific.My order was messed up . I called and was placed on hold twice, the girl who answered the phone obviously was not listening and looking for an order . I asked to speak to the manager Kyle. Kyle said ok, bring the sandwich back drive back to Dover/cost of gas or come back and I will give you the condiments that is missing . REALLY , not acceptable. I proceeded to ask would you do ? Kyle the Manager responded. I would not have ordered from here

It's this time I cheated on Capriotti's Bobby. I was twice last month and ordered a big Bobby with extra cranberry sauce and light Mayo. The Bobby is a classic that never goes out of style. This year, too, the service is characterized by very friendly and professional employees. When I was in the two guys who made sandwiches and the work of the counter, stand out the service, not just the sandwich. Definitely recommend trying this place at least once if you have never been.

You always want to like it. Always polite on the phone your order. Beautiful salads and subs, and biscuits and brownies... actually, have nothing we have ever ordered! and over the years we have tried a variety of articles that we were in Dover. Capriotti's and Bylers are our gateways for Subs here, but mostly Capriotti's-Gid food with convenient parking on site and a simple parking space for getting in and out. P.S. Ok.... so, it's been an on again, off again relationship with Capriotti's. But I've been there twice recently, and they've gotten the orders right, had pleasant staff and gotten excellent subs. My g/f loves the Bobbie (seriously fresh turkey) and the classic Italian can't be beat. If you've had problems in the past, as I did, check them out again. Looks like they're back on track and serving some of the best sandwiches around.

I had a voucher for a purchase get a small sub on the mobile app, so I ordered 2 small bobbies and a brunch. They came out great. I called and ordered over the phone and they said 15 minutes, I came in 10 minutes and they were ready. The subs tasted great, the only thing that came on my nerves was that there were a few small bones in the sub. Overall it was delicious and I will be back.

Always been one of the best places to get a top note hot or cold sandwich. A little on the expensive side, but quality costs. This was my first visit in quite some time and I noticed a modest price increase and a significant reduction in meat quantity on my steak sandwich. As always the taste and quality of the sandwich was unsurpassed. Inflation affects us in every aspect of life.

I'm originally from the Philadelphia area and it has always been very difficult to find a really good cheese steak unit I found Capriotti's. By far the best cheese steak sandwiches I've had in many years! I can't say enough good things about it. Thank you. Reserve uma mesa agora

We stopped here and got the best large cheese steak and service. I have tried the one in Smyrna many of times. I will not go back there. We will be driving to RT8 from now on. Delicious! You guys rock!

This is my absolute favorite sub shop. My go to spot to get fresh subs with perfect rolls every time. The manager Tristan was great I had alot of orders for picky eaters and,everything was perfect.
