Capriotti's Sandwich Shop Meadows Market Place

Originally I was going to write a disappointing review but in the end the result was fantastic. Last weekend I ordered a sandwich with a couple of additions to that sandwich. I paid $15.00 for the combo, that's a lot for me sometimes, but I was treating myself. The sandwich was not edible and not what I ordered. Fast forward to me speaking with Rosie, the GM at this location. Rosie was so kind and professional, apologetic and reasonable. I was not looking for a refund or anything, more of just informing her of the errors. Rosie insisted I let them make my sandwich right. That sandwich was EVERYTHING!!! I waited 20 minutes for my sandwich to be made, and when I asked how much longer, they seemed confused and had forgotten to make it. I had to wait another 10 minutes to receive it. Waiting 30 minutes for a sandwich left me no time to eat on my lunch break. I was very disappointed with this Capriotti's location. I have been going to the Sierra Street location for years and have never experienced service like this. Additionally, my sandwich was much smaller than a medium usually is. They made no attempt to make it right or even apologize for the inconvenience. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

Overall: A Layout decor: Food quality: Cleanliness: Customer service: Timeliness: Review: No masks needed as of 6/5/21. The staff were polite, the food came out quickly, the food was really good! I will definitely come here again I really enjoy their sandwiches!

I absolutely loved the food at this restaurant. My only concern is the price, as it is higher than what I would normally expect to pay for a sandwich. However, the flavors were undeniably delicious.

I ordered online and my food was ready right on time! The Italian sub was absolutely delicious. As an Italian myself, I can vouch for its authenticity. Capriotti's, keep up the great work!
