Captain D's - Reservar mesa

I ordered food from them tonight from DoorDash the meat tasted old and burnt in the kids meals they gave one kids meal only for french fries the other I ordered chicken tender kids meal they gave me fish I did not receive my drinks for the kids meals all the food tasted disgusting tonight and usually I love their food usually but tonight was ridiculous and uncalled for they need to make sure they’re dumping their grease or not burning the food or whatever they’re doing to make the food taste the way it did it was just disgusting now my stomach feels upset after I’ve ate their food

the only reason I gave this 1 star is that 0 was no option. absolutely embarrassing! I put an online order to pick up 6:30 a.m. and when I arrived at 6:30 a.m., it wasn't ready to do a big thing. but I had to wait 40 minutes to get my food! in the meantime, the only 2 employees I saw were working on the parking lot trying to fight someone who came through the drive thru. When I finally got my food, I didn't get everything I had ordered, but I didn't even have to go back in. I won't be back.

I like captain d as general rule, but this experience could change my mind. only customer at the site. waited a few minutes while the staff chatted before they were asked for my order. it took at least 15 minutes to get my fish order. nothing special, just simple fish and chips. I had to find a table to sit down and there were no clean tables. during the search noticed very dirty environment. I think I'm going to see a captain d's.

Someone else needs to go in and manage this place the right way. It was about a 25 minute wait for 2 meals at the drive thru. No one was in line in front of me and only one car dining in. I ask for sweet tea and could not drink it for being pure sugar. My meal was not worth the money. We got the smallest skippiest piece of fish and they got the order wrong. Terrible service except a new boy they were training, he was very polite. Reserve uma mesa agora

The last couple of times I've went through the drive through, my order wasn't even close to correct. If I would have thought to check the bag before I left, I would have gotten it corrected, but I shouldn't have to do that. I ordered the fish and chicken, with fries and breadsticks. I received 3 pieces of fish, that were luckily okay, with okra and broccoli. Hopefully the service inside is better.

I went to capean D’S in ozark al last night I drove 20 minutes to get there I waited 25 minutes to my order taken it was another 30 minutes before my order was ready when I came home the fish was cold and hard as rock the green beans were cold the cole swing was warm and muddy I was paid 18 dollars for something that wasn’t fit to eat

Very limited staff. General manager up front, someone cooking in the back (and I think there was only one other person) but they were a very efficient team! The food came out very fresh and nice and hot.General manager was very friendly.

The green beans were horrifyingly salty, and my mother wanted the catfish. There are also other cats around in Ozark, Alabama. Reserve uma mesa agora

The staff was only 2 but they worked very hard to fill the orders. They were kind and friendly. A great staff. Thank you
