BEST cocktails I have had in NOVA. I went on Experimental Wednesday and have rarely been so impressed by a bar 's creative mixology, not to mention the craft skill put into the presentation. Considering how small and intimate the space is, they 've done an amazing job adhering to COVID-19 health standards. I sadly never went before quarantine so I can 't speak to the normal atmosphere of the place but as it is now, it is a mellow, mysterious spot perfect for an intimate evening. My husband and I celebrated our 10-year wedding anniversary at this hidden gem. I kept it a surprise from him, and he was pleasantly shocked when we arrived! The cocktails were delicious and potent. The service was exceptional - they even prepared a champagne toast for us in advance. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to chat with us. All staff wore masks, tables were well-spaced, and there was a UV filter in place, ensuring our safety. The only downside were the corn nuts, which were not worth the price, but the crab hush puppies and pork belly were excellent.
