Good family time. The dishes are refined and the original concept with a unique menu. At the service level, it might be interesting to serve the soup separately after the 2 entries, as well as dessert separately after the cheese plate. This in order to make the most of the moment and the different dishes.

Always execellent, we try to book every time we go up to Ardèche and it is a real pleasure to eat at the Carabasse, the mixture of flavors is extraordinary, a great bravo to the chef!
