Caribou is a real gem for fans of Canadian cuisine! The warm and friendly atmosphere transports us directly to the heart of the traditions of the far north. The dishes, each tastier than the last, are an authentic tribute to the culinary richness of Canada. A big thank you to Edmond, who served us like kings with exemplary attention and kindness. excellent ! the staff is adorable, the place is magnificent and the food, I discovered the famous poutine thanks to this place! and lots of mini desserts with their special hot chocolate too, it’s extremely good and you feel like you’re traveling! fresh and warm at the same time on the other hand be careful I wasn't expecting it but it works well if you take a poutine it's difficult to take haha In short, I highly recommend
