Caribou Coffee - Reservar mesa

Friendly folks here, but whether the lobby is open has become so inconsistent makes me avoid this Caribou. When the store is open, the lobby door is sometimes locked, but there's no sign/indication that something is up. I then need to get back in the car and hop in the drive-through line.If they're short-staffed, I'd much rather them close the drive-through instead of the lobby, but if they can't do that, at least put a visible sign on the door so people know to avoid the lobby.

When using a drive-thru, I expect my food to be prepared and ready to eat. I have never been to a bagel shop where I had to put on my own cream cheese! I understand personal preferences, but please take the extra 20 seconds to put on the cream cheese instead of just giving me a small container and a knife. Additionally, the bagels were not individually wrapped. I was truly disappointed and will not be returning.

Waited in the drive through for a good minute and was ignored even after I pulled up to the window. I proceeded to park and try to walk in say as to I had 2 hours before they were supposed to actually close. Once I walked in I stood there while people just ignored me and acted as if I wasn’t there, until I asked someone if they could help me, and told me they were closed in a rude tone.

The sandwich I ordered arrived in a disappointing and unappetizing manner, resembling a scene from a horror movie. It's important for restaurants to value and care for their customers, especially when they are spending their hard-earned money. We should be treated with the same respect and attention as one would offer to their own family members. Reserve uma mesa agora

Ignored me at their door, didn't answer phone call. Lobby opens at 11:00 but I have a high roof van and couldn't enter drive thru. Phone couldn't download app. Tried to get their attention to see if they could accept me but i was just ignored.

The restaurant consistently had better hours. The baristas are top-notch. Their spacious setting and consistently delicious drinks make this place stand out.

it's really cold inside. I guess like 58 degrees thermostat says 68, but there's no way. the sensor must be above a boiler! haha

Had an amazing experience here. Best latte I’ve ever had, my barista Mckenna was amazing. Love this location. Reserve uma mesa agora

Very kind staff! My Western was warm and very fresh my Mocha order was spot on! Will be visiting again!
