The food is quite good, and the interior is super clean, but I?m leaving this review because ? sneakily ? and without even a note on the credit card reader of an added credit card fee of $1 per transaction this Carl?s Jr. wants to offset their feespaid to Visa MasterCard by charging the consumer a fee which would be fine if there was a notice and or verbal communicationfrom the employee when a credit card is used. I think the worst part of it is that on the receipt, it doesn?t show the fee, butafter logging into to my credit card online, there?s the $1 charge ? clear as day!! Completely maddening. This location is by far one of the best locations in San Dimas and Glendora. Make the survey and you can buy one and a free one. The monster biskuit should not die for a joke. For $5 you get two sausage egg cheese muffins from McDonald's when you get a huge monster biscuit bacon sausage eggs with two different cheeses for the same price. Come with sense and it's worth your money. Manager name Bertha's customer service makes you feel like your important customer. Pay attention to yours or before you go and she will correct it.

The reason I'm giving them one star is because I went in with a plain and simple order of a big hamburger no onions no mustard just Secret Sauce pickles Patty and bun. After getting my burger and finding a spot in the shade to enjoying my burger took anice BIG bite right into an onion and a mouth full of ketchup it was horrible.

Worst CJs experience ever. I've never done a review on a fast food joint. But this place is exceptionally awful terrible service and the food was unedible.
