I visited this Carl's Jr for the first time, located near my granddaughter's high school. We decided to go through the drive-thru to grab her a snack after school. There were only two cars ahead of us, but the wait felt like it took over 12 minutes. She ordered a kids' cheeseburger meal for $6, which included a cheeseburger, fries, and a small drink. She said it was worth the wait! I felt it was worth the price I paid, so we'll definitely be back.

I ordered a chicken and waffle breakfast sandwich along with a monster breakfast sandwich. The food was delicious, and even though there was no one in the drive-thru, it took a little while for my order to be prepared. However, since the food was made fresh after I ordered, the wait felt justified. The staff were friendly and handled my order quickly. I would definitely come back. The location is convenient and easily accessible from the freeway.

Great location! I received excellent assistance from an older worker named Gloria, who was incredibly helpful. While she didn't take my order, she brought out my food and regularly checked on me. That's what true customer service is all about!
