Carrabba's Italian Grill Augusta

This restaurant is eco-conscious and offers delicious food in a very elegant setting. While it may be on the pricier side, it is definitely worth it. Guests have the chance to interact with the chefs and watch as their food is prepared in the stylish 'modern kitchen,' complete with an open hearth and flambo grill. The service is top-notch.

The food was fantastic, but the service left a lot to be desired. From the hostess to the waitress, the customer service was lacking. Hopefully, when my family goes again, there will be different staff providing service.

Let's see, I'm going to start with the bad stuff first...... Now to all the good things. Our server was Miguel. He was super nice and attentive. The good was great and the drinks were awesome. I can't wait to come back

Last night, our group received excellent service at this restaurant. The food was fantastic and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning in the future.
