Go on a Tuesday and enjoy their special tofu filling option! It can be a little spicy but don't let that scare you. I always get the mejor burrito with tofu and ask for rice instead of dairy. It's gigantic and delicious. If you don't go on a Tuesday, you can still get guacamole or mixed sauteed vegetables as a filling and ask for rice instead of cheese and sour cream. The burrito comes with chips (you get a mix of flour and corn) and they are amazing. My fav place to go for burritos in Carrboro. And they're fast! Last visit was for take out and it was packed. The server bumped me to the front of the line while the previous patrons we're still deciding, nailed my order through the noise of full occupancy, and handed me my order just as I signed the receipt. Amazing. The vegan mejor burrito is delicious with beans, rice, guacamole, and cooked veggies. With five salsas to choose from, and corn chips that come with a scattering of fried tortillas, there's no shortage of flavors. Still, I wish they had more vegan options. yum! great value, local joint. recommend the frutas and chipotle salsas. if u do not go on a Tuesday (sad) my fav vegan option is the regular burrito with marinated vegetables for filling and with rice instead of cheese. just tell them you're vegan and that's what you'll recommend, they also have a vegetarian sweet potato filling (containing butter)

For the name that doesn't love a good piece! The chips and Guac were wonderful, I was blown away from the meat quality cozy spot with a lot of character when it was a few degrees warmer at the time I sat on the lovely terrace, but inside was also beautiful. Not many places like this left in the world, check it out!!!

I ate here about 5 times. Pros: The staff is super beautiful and the outdoor terrace has a good ambience. Cons: Drinks and food are on the expensive side, and the Burritos are a little bland (I always have to add salt or hot sauce).
