Carvel - Reservar mesa

I will never return to this place! I wish I could give it zero stars. We ordered a cake on Monday, expecting it to be ready by 12 PM on Saturday for my son's birthday. When my husband went to pick it up, the store was closed and no one was there. The sign said they opened at 11 AM, and we waited for half an hour with still no one showing up. How can a business operate like this? We ended up having to make a last-minute trip elsewhere and settle for a different cake, and to top it off, we had already paid in full.

During our family visit to town, we had a craving for some classic Carvel ice cream, so we decided to stop by this location. Upon entering, we noticed a man working on the machine with his back turned to us, and he didn't acknowledge our presence at all. While we were trying to decide what to order, that same man disappeared into the back and didn’t come back. Talk about terrible customer service! We ended up leaving without making a purchase.

We walked into Carvel to ask if they had something specific and unfortunately the young lady had such a bad attitude she threw her phone down on the counter because she had to make my husband a cup of ice cream. She was rolling her eyes at his questions and it just turned him off so he didn't want the ice cream anymore and you lost a sale. Such a shame. Her name was Natalie.

This is my local Carvel, and I will no longer go back. The store on the inside smells like raw sewage, and the person the wrote on my birthday cake claimed that the writing would show up after an short amount of time, sadly it didn't. And she didn't have a clue as to how long the cake has to be left out before serving. Reserve uma mesa agora

Worst carvel ever! Walked in no greeting couldn't be bothered. I felt so unwelcome. I also got old freezer burnt ice cream and my order took forever. I had to repeatedly tell him what I wanted because because he was not paying attention!!

The owner seems unqualified and doesn't have a good grasp of the menu. The milkshakes were overly milky and lacked the right thickness.
