Carvel - Reservar uma mesa

I had a disappointing experience at Carvel recently. I went to purchase my usual four cones for $12, as I've done consistently in the past. However, this time, I encountered rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff. Both the girl with blonde hair and the girl with black hair were unfriendly during my interaction. When I questioned the sudden increase in price to $13, they dismissed me with an indifferent attitude, claiming the price had gone up without any prior notice. As I went to retrieve more money, I noticed both girls laughing, further highlighting their lack of professionalism. A special shout out to the woman (I believe her name is Karen), who took my order for my son's 25th birthday cake!! It came out even better than I could have asked for!! Great job Carvel!!!! If they don't have it on the website, call them. Friendly, added suggestions, they really care about your event.

Love ice cream, the service was pretty good, they were slacking but overall when the get a customer they become very friendly and welcoming.
