Carvel - Reservar uma mesa

Been coming here since I was a small child. At one point it was a weekly occurrence without question that my family was getting Carvel. Haven't gone for years after I moved away and my diet changed but now that I'm back in the area and they gave vegan friendly options is a done deal. I find myself swinging by on occasion, even if by myself, and/or order from Uber Eats to deliver to me while coming home from a long week at work.Vegetarian options: All ice cream is or SHOULD be vegetarian, but now they have Oatly based vegan ice creams that are amazing. Carvel is a known delicious chain. This one in ardsley is extremely special though. They have amazing, friendly and fun workers. Always top quality in service and never ever rude. Clean facility all the time. Order is always accurate and consistent. What really made an impression on me was my Uber Eats order was completely messed up and they literally offered to take my delivery to me themselves in a rain and wind storm. Customer service and care hasn’t been this good in years! Thank YOU ardsley Carvel. Lots of love.

When I went in , it wasn't very welcoming. Then the size cup that I got looked bigger than the one I got . I guess that's just my eyes . I ordered a cookie and cream shake , which just tasted like vanilla. I had to go back in to ask for more cookies in the shake . I don't know if that's a company thing, but you need an extra scoop rather than 1 scoop for a medium shake ..I'll just ask for extra cookies next time and have to pay for the extra cookies ..

My daughter was adamant that she wanted a snowman ice cream cake for her birthday, and Carvel in Ardsley did such an impressive job! The cake was super cute, and you could tell someone really took their time making it. Of course it was delicious too :

A clean establishment with a quality producer of old fashioned soft ice cream. The only negative here is the outragious prices. Nostalgia can be costly here.
