We had noticed that this was the only restaurant in Saintes Maries mentioned in a red Michelin guide from several years ago, so we decided to give it a whirl, and we were thoroughly delighted! The four of us ordered starters, mains and desserts, and the portions were very ample without being overwhelming, if you eat at the leisurely pace so sensible in France and other places. One in our party is gluten sensitive, and the restaurant took time to explain their menu options. We had the “Formule” which was 22 euros for a starter and a main course. There were a wide variety of local options and we really enjoyed our food. The cost was very reasonable given the quality of the food and the portion sizes. Friendly staff. Would recommend

Delicious meals and nice staff! Booking in advance is recommended. Try the apple tiramisu. Delicious!
