Casey's - Reservar uma mesa

This is for the store on Arlington Heights Rd. In Itasca. 1. Not all Elemployees were wearing masks in violation of the state mandate. 2. Visited for the first time since this location switched from a Mobile station. I bought an Icee which cost less than $1.50 when the station was a Mobile. To my shock the price at the register was $3.76! This is more then 3 times what I paid before and way more than any other Icee/slurpee price! I will no longer shop at any Casey's at this location or when I travel. Received a response from Casey's saying that they allow their employees to be unmasked unless required by local authorities. Do you research! Masks are mandated indoors in Illinois.

DO NOT PATRONIZE! Second issue here. Paid for $11car wash at pump. Pump fails to function for gas. Go inside, manager gives me credit for $11 wash but I want a fill up too, no problem by another car wash for $11. Have 30 days to use credited wash. Have long frozen winter. Go to redeem on 1st day over 30 degrees and last day on credit. Car wash broken, figures. Go inside to get extension on wash, manager says NO. I would have to find another location. How unprofessional and inconvenient. Great way to lose local customers. Speedway across the street seems the much better option now!

Store associates are ok, but leadership is horrible. Young guy who 's I assume is the manager, never makes eye contact, has built an US against THEM culture in just a few shirt weeks of it being a Casey 's. Two horrible experiences already. Deleting my rewards app and sharing my poor experiences. Completely unacceptable..... I 'm making this personal because we love the brand in rural areas. So far here ruining it....

Best gas prices in the area plus, friendly staff inside. Store has lots of food/drinks and other items without being cluttered like a nearby gas station. Most appealing aspect is one gas pump on each side of the pump island so you don't get trapped by someone pulled in front or behind you. b

Store manager Sue and her staff are absolutely amazing people. Always friendly always welcoming. What a wonderful group of people! It's always clean huge selection. I will recommend this Bucky's to everybody. Thank you guys for making me feel I matter when I come into your store.
