Eventually, they ended their conversation, and the person I believed was the manager finally acknowledged me and informed me that they don’t make subs to order. I explained that I just wanted one of the sandwiches that were already prepared. She told me they weren’t finished because they had run out of lettuce, but I could clearly see lettuce, cheese, and meat on them. I insisted that I would take one anyway, but she insisted she couldn’t sell them since they weren’t done. If I could give zero stars, I would. The employees were standing around on their phones, and when I asked if there was any more breakfast pizza, they told me no, even though it was only 7:30 in the morning. When I was checking out, the girl at the register didn't even bother to put her phone down to ring me up, and I believe she was the manager. This is the worst customer service I've experienced, and based on other reviews, it seems like this is an ongoing issue. I definitely won't be coming back.

I absolutely love their pizza, chicken tenders, and wings. The wings can be a little on the salty side, but they're definitely worth it! The service is always prompt, and it's convenient to pick up a few extra items while you're there for a meal.
