we booked a window seat on the afternoon. when we arrived, the 2 waiters talked to each other and ignored us. No one asked about our name, and no window seat was available. When I frightened this, the waiter asked if I could speak French, which I tried French 50 years ago in my O-level, and he corrected me quite aggressively! He then showed us to an inside table and said we had still had a look at the sea, so that what the fuss all about us was lit before a lot of customers. we decided to go and ask to speak with a manager who is responsible for the entire etage, ie casino and restaurant. he was not very friendly and led us to the beach restaurant, which also has barrier. Nous sommes passés au Casino de Trouville pour regarder un match de football sur grand écran. Accueil et service agréables même si certains serveurs oublient de dire bonjour. Salle confortable. Bon plats de poisson et dessert correct.

We had a very good time in this restaurant. the staff is kind and competent. dishes and cocktails are excellent and very well presented. prices are very correct. all this with a view of the sea. we highly recommend this restaurant.

Accueil, hygiène, conseils et sourires en tout genres étaient au rdv pour cette soirée musicale. Bon rapport qualité/prix au vue des produits qualitatifs dans l’assiette. Nous reviendrons, c’est sur !!!

The meal was really good. However the choices proposed were quite disappointing in the sense the menu looked like a brewery.
