I’ve heard good things about this place so I tried it out for my first time on a Monday evening, and let me tell you, this won’t be my last! Firstly I must say how clean this place is, no surprise of their 5 star health and and hygiene rating. You can watch your food be prepared over the counter, and was served up in no time. The staff over the counter were lovely and showed an interest speaking to me whilst I waited. I’m not sure what the fish trade is like on Mondays but this place seemed pretty busy whilst I was there, around 5 different groups of people popping in whilst I was waiting. I'm so pleased I came here! Great for Coeliacs, large portions, I love that we can have battered options for gf (wednesdays and saturdays). Really felt safe here as a coeliac and my partner who was not coeliac loved it too even though its gluten free. Didnt have to question them about cross contamination with gluten, they knew exactly what they were doing so it felt like being a normal person! Definitely will be coming back!

great friendly staff best fish and chips that I had in years and I love them pukka pies sausages and fresh pack picking up the man behind the counter that looks like bart simpson was very polite when he served me

Excellent fish and chips. Gluten free options are great and taste fantastic. Will eat here again!
