“Wonderful facial and head and shoulders massage today from Johana at Centre for Positive Change in Kirkcaldy. Loved the product (it smelled like Florida in a bottle) leaving my skin feeling silky and smooth, I had the sensitive version which I thought was excellent for my older skin. The ice globes used on my eyes felt amazing and I feel like the skin around my eyes has totally tightened up. Noise levels were just right. Overall, a brilliant experience, calming, relaxing and was left feeling totally chilled after a hectic day at work.

Scott is one of the most intuitive individuals I've ever encountered; he tailors each session to meet the needs of his many loyal customers, whom he takes the time to get to know personally. The Center for Positive Change is a serene and safe haven for all your wellness needs. Scott's yoga classes are fantastic. They also offer a range of treatments, and a few weeks ago, I tried the microcurrent non-surgical facelift facial treatment. My skin felt rejuvenated for weeks afterward. The session was incredibly relaxing, especially with the addition of Reiki. There are so many treatments to explore, and I felt amazing afterward. Thank you so much!

the decor and the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful, joanna explains every step, wonderful aromas from the candles and the products. I feel really happy with the results of my first Indian head massage, joanna is very much in the time with her body finds all areas that need additional attention. after the treatment I had swim on the air and noticed that my migraine tension was released and ie facial treatment made my skin glamor.

My first experience at the Center for Positive Change was a four-hour yoga retreat, and it was amazing. The studio offers a beautiful environment perfect for relaxation. Scott's zen classes are truly exceptional; I felt revitalized yet completely relaxed at the same time. I highly recommend that everyone consider attending. You'll receive a warm welcome in every class, and there is no judgment regarding ability or age.
