Cerveceria Varadero

This restaurant is very non-pretentious. What you see is what you get. The freshest, tastiest fish, great wine. Fantastic range of raciones tapas that are very typical in Andalusia. The price for the food is more than reasonable, almost cheap given the quality. The staff is incredibly friendly and inclusive. Mainly frequented by local people.

We been here because of the high reviews. Fooled. Honestly, the service is low, slow and shall be improved (maybe have an extra 3rd weitress? . Considering been on sea side, the food could be better. We guess most of the people rate this place as high because the price is low and the tradeoff price-quality is “acceptable”, maybe.

We found this little gem on our way back from the beach. The place is small, has sitting both inside and outside. Looks questionable, but the food is great and the staff is friendly. Lower prices compares to other places around. We had a bunch of see food plates. They were all good. The tuna was in particularly really good.

We went here because it was packed with Spanish people. We got the last table. We had (2 of us) Croquetas de pollo:chicken croquettes Gambas cocidas: boiled prawns 2 ice cold beers 1 coke Total price was €18... Recommended if you like fried fish, squid etc.... If we were in the area we would go again... Non touristy...

We needed Nice food nearby. And this was it !! Great seafood and Nice wino de la casa only problem was about the language but we trusted the waitress and had such a Nice meal at very good price
