A very enjoyable dinner for four at this new restaurant in Arosa. This is traditional swiss european food with a twist which could easily go wrong but actually was really good.I can't remember a better beef carpaccio.Veal Zuricher art so very tasty. One request though , it was so hot in the restaurant , it was nearly unbearable . When a client opens the window , five nearby tables cheered. Look forward to returning but with the temperature about 7 degrees lower

Essen war vorzüglich ich hatte Lammrücken mit feinem Steinpilzrisotto und sehr feinem Gemüse. Riesige Portionen Preisleistung stimmt. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Würde ich jedem wieder weiter empfehlen.

Desde los entrantes hasta el plato principal y el vino (buenos vinos disponibles por las glas), nuestras papilas gustativas no dejaron de cantar el Aleluya de H ndel. Prueba los Capuns, nos lo agradecerás más tarde. . .

We visited the restaurant at the end of January 2019 and would definitely go again. The food was delicious, staff friendly and highly professional and the cook is great.
