Charlie The Butcher's

I’ve been a customer at this location for a while but how I was treated yesterday in there by I guess the supervisor, young girl! Accused me of stealing without saying it! Horrible customer service, I didn’t think that this was one of those places but it is! Lucky for them I didn’t call my lawyer, I WILL JUST TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE! I will NEVER return there! This is one of those “funny places” in this city! Beware!

I visited this restaurant yesterday for the first time based on a friend's recommendation for their ribs. Wow, the ribs were incredible! I was lucky to snag the last rack they had. A full rack is enough to feed two people and have leftovers for two more meals. I will definitely be returning. I also received a gift certificate for Christmas from the same friend who recommended Charlie the Butcher.

A small but spacious inside. While on Buffalo you must try the Beef on Weck so we stopped here. A hearty sized roast was ready to be freshly sliced from. The special bun was dipped in the au jus sauce and horseradish on the side to provide all the flavors. This sandwich was delicious and I would definitely try it again whenever in the area!

Are you kidding me. This place has it all. 1) quality ingredients 2) treated to perfection 3) wonderful sauces 4) good prices (for quality food) 5) pleasant staff and atmosphereAs a foodie this was one of the top 10 meals I’ve had. It’s not fancy schmancy (which I don’t care for fancy that much) it’s just great unassuming food!

Beef on weck was fantastic, and the German potato salad was good too. That caraway pretzel salt bun, and that beef with horseradish was awesome. It does come out a bit on the expensive side with drinks and sides, but I would definitely go again
