We requested the wings to be well done, but they arrived not only undercooked but also cold. Although the wings came out quickly, which we initially appreciated, it made us suspicious that they might have pre-cooked them or simply reheated wings and tossed them in sauce instead of cooking them fresh. We had to wait for a long time before we could voice our concerns, as the server didn’t check on us, and we had difficulty getting her attention. When we finally brought up the issue, she shrugged it off and mentioned that “our hot BBQ isn’t hot.” However, we had only said that the sauce didn’t taste like hot BBQ and wondered if we had received the wrong sauce. Yesterday I was here with my wife for a half price pizza. And we had 2 beers. The waitress removed the beers from our check which of course we liked even though we never asked for it. So our check was only $17. When she brought the POS to pay the button with 15% tip showed $6. $6 of $17 are 35% not 15%. 15% of $17 are $2.5!!!! On the 20% button tip was $7.4 which is around 44% tip far from 20%...I couldn't see the next 25-30% but I guess they are actually 50% tip. I don't know how did that happen but it did. I paid the $6 of course because 17 dollars check in a bar is ridiculous. I as all others when something is automatically caclulated never look at it just paying assuming it's correct. So...

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the terrible service, which was the worst I've ever encountered. The food was decent, but I won't be returning after being completely ignored for over 25 minutes when I tried to get refills or even a glass of water. While I may not have been ordering rounds like some of the other tables, I did order entrees and drinks, and I still tipped generously. If this is the kind of service I can expect, I won’t be coming back. I asked twice for water, and the server seemed annoyed but never brought it. Overall, she seemed to be distracted and the service was incredibly slow and frustrating.

Thise location of chasers are either forgetting to put the sauces or never put the order at all. Thats why i never came here to drink and eat even its like 5 mins away from me. I would rather go to the niles location. The owner needs to train these people to be like in their other location in niles. Staff who work in niles are very attentive never get things gone wrong at all. Reserve uma mesa agora

Dined at Chasers and have mixed feelings about the experience. The food was absolutely delicious! Food was cooked fresh and had amazing flavor. I was not a fan of the overall atmosphere. The dining area was uncomfortably cold, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the meal. I felt he lighting was rather dark even for a sports bar.

I was really disappointed with the pizza topped with Italian beef. There was hardly any beef or cheese, and it was overloaded with hot giardiniera despite requesting a light amount. On a positive note, the boneless wings were tasty, and the nachos were enjoyable as well.

The bartenders seem disinterested in making any sales. I waited for 20 minutes in an empty bar without receiving a drink.
