Chateau De Mazan - Reservar uma mesa

For a 4 star hotel, we felt a certain disappointment. The hotel is very beautiful, but the services are not up to this category. On the pool side, the lawn was very poorly maintained and our deckchairs were in the dirt. For the view, we had a window facing another window (see photo), which is unacceptable for a room costing more than €200 per night. Or it would have been necessary to notify us when we made our reservation In addition, the bathroom left something to be desired with mold stains on the shower joints and no power outlet to plug in a hair straightener. When we arrived, the trash in the room wasn't even emptied. For a 4 star, there weren't even bathrobes! Positive point: breakfast...

It’s a truly extraordinary place, the castle is very beautiful, very well located, 1 minute from the city center. The swimming pool is really very pretty in the garden, it’s really very pleasant. The restaurant is magnificent with a superb view, everything is home cooked, there is a choice, everything is tempting, and everything is good. Superb quality of service. Well done to all the staff and management.

Beautiful Chateau! Accommodation in a castle, with luxurious rooms, swimming pool and pleasant leisure, delicious breakfast and efficient service! Beautiful scenery, gardens, restaurant, etc. Very handsome!

You can take beautiful photos from afar with a telephoto lens, up close it's less interesting and you can only approach, but not enter the enclosure, it's a private place.

A magnificent castle with lots of charm. The staff are lovely and the garden is a true haven of peace. The only downside is the slightly noisy rooms.
