Chatime - Reservar uma mesa

The drinks taste good and service is pretty fast considering the popularity of Strathfield Chatime, although the workers ruin the vibe of the shop for me. They all are unmotivated, monotoned and look like they hate their job and it rubs off onto customs. I am a local so I've been here heaps of times and every time I get served by terrible workers. They are rude and not enthusiastic like they should be considering the Strathfield location is quite popular and the interior design is cool too. I honestly don't enjoy purchasing my drink here because of the workers who make me feel unwelcomed (so I often buy from GongCha or ShareTea because I feel more welcomed and valued) Please train your staff...

It’s a shame that they got rid of the old cha time and replaced it with this as this is much worse. The restaurant is an utter mess and very inconvenient as it’s lines go onto the street and create a disturbance when they are busy. Do not go to cha time when school has finished as all the obnoxious school students go there and create something similar to a conga line. Place is unpleasantly busy and the restaurant itself doesn’t accommodate this as there are like 4 seats. Products are ok. Gong cha is literally right round the corner and cha time is presenting itself like this

One of the first milk tea places in Sydney with quite a few delicious drinks. My favourites are the chocolate milk tea and the pandan milk tea as the flavours are upfront and tasty : Usually consistent as well so definitely one of my favourite milk tea joints to visit.

Service was quick and drinks were nice. Good if you want something quick to grab. The menu was pretty extensive and they have a variety of mix-ins. In a location which is easy to get to and prices are reasonable. Would definitely visit again.

First time visiting this outlet. They are located inside Strathfield Plaza. Quick and friendly service. Got the order right (premium pearl tea) and tasted good.
