Checkers #3047 - Reservar uma mesa

This is by far one of the worst checkers I’ve ever been to. I love checkers and will continue to visit them as often as I can. However, this locations is CONSTANTLY closed, at 7 pm and earlier. Most of the time they will still be smoking in the parking lot when I attempt to go here. Everyday it changes, when they are open, you’d be lucky to only wait 15 minutes and end up with “warm” food. It’s crazy to me that they are allowed to run their location this way. And it’s been so since I moved to hickory back in august of 20. You should fire the entire staff and hire willing employees who will turn a profit for your location, because obviously it’s not at this time.

The fries are amazing! This was a 5 star review from me at the time... I today wanted to express my disappointment about how the line was managed, we were 2 cars away from ordering and someone came out and put a sign between cars (the car that was ordering and the next up) and went to walk away without saying anything. The lady in the vehicle after the sign asked are yall closed and the person said yes and walked away. The website says 8pm closing, we were there at 7:17, if they needed to closed because of short staff or beef outage they should have let us know, not just walked away.

The only good part was maybe the fries and drink oh wait never mind that was wrong too. They need to fixed up the place it was gross and rot the door to the lady bathroom woundnt close. The sink was not clean. The tiles where breaking the food wasnt even cooked and the cheese was not even cooked it was white as snow. The employee was rude i dont know her name but she had a bad attitude when I asked for ketchup and honestly it was just a terrible order and the price. It was meant to be 10 or 6 from the get a 2 meal for 6$ CAME OUT TO 20$. DONT EAT HERE.

The guy that took our money also took money from 2 cars in the other lane while stuffing fries in their container, opening a new bag filling 2 baskets for the deep fryer not one time did he change gloves... He did wipe his runny nose with his left glove before opening said bag of fries... I have pics video from our time waiting at window... The couple pair of gloves he saved this franchise will keep me away from the Viewmont location because if management doesn't train employees better than that I can't trust the food quality I should receive at all...

Just ordered a steak sub, hardly no steak. Ordered BONELESS buffalo wings...BONELESS...instead I got a pile of buffalo bones, when I got home. Had to pay 0.40 cent for ranch dipping sauce that I have nothing to eat with! Horrible experience in the drive thru!
