Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

SO SAD !! This used to be one of my Wife and mines favorite places to go. Went there last night for her Birthday and it was so disappointing . Even before we went in, Trash EVERYWHERE in the parking lot , Palm tree fronds blown and laying everywhere like a cat 5 just blew thru . Landscaping was a disaster. Then when we walked in the door , a sour smell just hit you in the face like a landfill . Dirty tables , Dirty floors , need I go on ?? Our waiter was great though , but it didnt make up for everything else . Whoever owns this place needs to get on these problems . Its HORRIBLE!

new orleans pasta was quite dry and smoked sausage was watery and rubbery. the darkened fish were not darkened and the waitress explained they do not really darken it, they only use darkening season. it was very undercooked it had to send it back to be cooked longer and it was still muddy. salad had a bubble egg, so if you're allergic to me, I'm keeping you. I had no good food, at least the last 3 or 4 times, I was in cheddars not only in beaumont. I heard burgers were good, maybe I'll try when I go back.

Restaurant looks nasty inside. Very short staffed, bartender was rude and stuck up. Staff is over worked and loaded down with more than they can handle. Sad to see the owner does not take care of their employees and take care of the restaurant. Things are broken and falling apart. Carpet is severely greasy also matted down. Foul odor throughout restaurant as well. Complete opposite of the beltway 8 location. How's that work?

I have been wanting to try Cheddar's since it closed down in Lafayette, Louisiana. So, on the way from Houston, we stopped to have dinner. The food was absolutely fantastic - the steak was delicious and tender. The service from the waitress was also excellent. This location is definitely a must-try! Reserve uma mesa agora

This restaurant is no longer my favorite like it was years ago. The menu doesn't appeal to me anymore. I tried the queso and found it to be really thin. I ended up just ordering an appetizer. The menu could use a refresh. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

I just went to eat in the cheddars and it was very dirty. there was a dead rach on the square. when I told the waitress we're going and why. she pretended it was wrong with dead villains on my place. I'll never eat there again. the sanitation was disgusting.

The salad was good, but the rest of the food was just okay. The service was terrible - we ordered extra bread and ice and never received it. The waitresses seemed more interested in themselves and their phones. Definitely would not go back again.

Had a very nice meal with my husband. Very nice atmosphere. Beautiful waterfall outside as well as a very nice fish tank inside. The food was very good and very affordable. Reserve uma mesa agora

I enjoyed eating many years at cheddar’s! the atmosphere is right, eating delicious, service great, the prices affordable and in a great location directly from I-10!

20; minute waiting I can find out that they do not cut our names on the list, dirty menu and food server. steak didn't cook properly. the best was the drinks
