Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

The food quality at this restaurant has greatly declined. I used to love this place, but my recent visit has made me hesitant to return. The ribs were dry and flavorless, while the fries were dark, cold, and lacked taste. My friend’s cheeseburger had a stale bun and a dry, flavorless patty. Our server was friendly, but unable to improve the poor food quality. It appears that they are now using cheap, low-quality ingredients and prepping and reheating everything in advance. It is disappointing to see such a decline in what used to be a nice, reasonably priced restaurant.

these cheddars has the most luxuriant help after lying at the bar, the waitress went from our table and never recognized that we were there. she deliberately avoided contact with us and never waited for us. So we're up and down. that happened a few weeks ago. then we decided to try it again today and have taken place and no one has ever recognized us that we were there. so we left to sit after 10 minutes and not to be waited for. we really can't comment on eating because we have never been able to order a drink. So I'm done with this place.

Party of 3- server forgot the gravy on the potatoes. Had to wait for broccoli.. Potatoes were cold. Drinks were incorrect. One steak was cold. Our waitress seemed disinterested. Every other location of Cheddar's has been amazing. I don't know what happened at this location. Attached pictures will show how dusty the restaurant is. Zoom in on the air vent.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. I called ahead to put our names on the waitlist and didn't have to wait long before being seated. The service was fast and efficient, and the food was delicious. We enjoyed our meal together.

The food was delicious. I ordered the chicken pliers with honey-hot sauce and they were amazing! On a completely unrelated note, I really enjoyed the rotating fan above the table where we sat. It was a nice touch.
