Hear me out. When we arrived we were looking for a dive sports bar with some good eats. Walking in we did not get the vibe that it was a sports bar, but more a latin night club. However the wait staff could not be nicer . We sat at the bar and had some drinks. There are no beers on tap, only bottled beers and mixed drinks. The margarita I got was so-so but they had some other drinks on their menu that were really good. We went on a Tuesday night and it was pretty dead in there so we started talking to all of the wait staff and turns out a few of them are from Colombia where I have some friends and family. Went for a quick drink. From outside it looks like a mediocre bar but inside was good . Lots of tables in and around the bar and the atmosphere looked good. 2 bartenders were quick with their service ands really helpful. Beer was about 5$ which was ok . Unfortunately they didn’t have much options with beer just Corona, modello and few others . I think there was a karaoke going on and it sounded good . They had many varieties of wine and hard drinks . Good value for money overall. Couldn’t try their food . Next time !! Parking is a major headache around this area ! This is the quintessential neighborhood bar and somewhat of a hole in the wall. The vibe is chill and relaxed with Latino music for those willing to shake a leg. The Latin American cuisine offered was surprisingly yummy; shrimp in tacos was perfectly cooked, and tostones were soft yet crunchy while not greasy at all.
