Generally, this is a favorite restaurant on Long Island. The place is clean and the food is great. However, after five years of eating at this establishment, we encountered the rudest front of desk manager. My cousin brought her service dog which was actually in her right to do so. However, she would have willingly obliged to just leave the dog outside. The man was rude and screamed at her to get out. Later on, I tried to explain to him that he should have had a better attitude. He told me if I wanted a better attitude, I could feel free to go somewhere else. That's their customer service in a nutshell. Many of the employees saw the disturbance and secretly apologized. Apparently, he's rude...

There is a hate in people that pours out in the way they speak to others and I found that in there with their front desk person. Almost gave him a cultural pass yet right before me was a Caucasian group dining in for lunch, there was that smile and the slight bowing of the head. Walk up and he told me my order was not ready.. went to my car for 25 minutes came back and there it was his nasty attitude had to check him and let him know he was not speaking to a child. There is a entitlement there that's on full display. If you look and listen it won't take you long to see and hear.

The staff was extremely rude including the manager/owner. They are lacking in customer service and are not helpful. I will tell all my followers, friends,and family not to eat at this place as I did not feel welcomed as a customer. They have a superiority and entitlement attitude that clearly is displayed by the manager/owner. If I could give no stars I would. The worst place to consider for food. If you value your time and money I would not visit this establishment. The food is not worth the bad treatment.

75% traditional Chinese food (Sichuan Human Dominant) 5% innovative Chinese cuisine 10% American style Chinese cuisien 10% East Asian food So you can still taste home flavor Serving size is generous with large soup But most dishes are added sugar to enhance flavor, which is a major complaint from most clients including me. I just have to say that Chef Wang is absolutely the best! The food and service are outstanding! We've been coming here for years and recommend it to everyone. We were there recently for Lunar New Year, and the waiter that night was incredibly funny and friendly. Despite the bustling crowd, he kept smiling and cracking jokes. The food was so delicious that I couldn't even pause to take pictures, but just look at this red snapper!!!

I ordered the beef chow fun and pork with dried bean curd lunch special for takeout. Chef Wang is my go-to spot for Chinese takeout in the area, and their food is consistently amazing. I really appreciate how easy it is to place an order online through their website. The pickup process is also very smooth. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

The restaurant was quite crowded, which impacted the speed at which our food was served, so I’m giving it 4 stars. The high demand from so many customers piqued our interest. The food was enjoyable, and we also had the pleasure of meeting some lovely fellow diners.

Huge variety of food. Nice spiciness. Free nuts, oranges fortune cookies. Lots of good food, big servings to take the rest home. Service confusing, unfamiliar with menu or try to talk to you into pricier specialties. Great food regardless Reserve uma mesa agora

Very courteous staff and superb service . Parking availability and ambience to enjoy your dining comfort. Food is authentic Chinese and competitive. Will definitely visit again .

I had the shrimp fried rice that was the best thing I ordered. Chicken and broccoli was ok, tofu was bland the miso soup was bland as well. Ordered on door dash 1/24/23.
