Recommended by the owners of a gite we were staying in as being the place for lunch, advising booking which we did. Chez Agnes is ONLY open at lunchtimes. Two set menus, we chose the 14.50 euro. two starters, main course, cheese board, desert, bottle of red wine and coffee! Choice of starters and deserts and choice of two mains.The menu changes daily so you could be tempted to return within the week! A wonderful experience. A little English spoken but we prefer to speak French.Excellent value for money thoroughly recommend you visit to enjoy typical French food.
Good value lunch at 14,50 Euro complete. And I do mean complete! Cold starter followed by homemade hot starter, main course cheese and desert plus coffee and as much red wine or cider as you would like. Main course more hearty than finesse, can also choose to have a grill cooked on the open fire. Please note this place only opens for lunch.
