Chez Billy Sud - Reservar uma mesa

Came here to specifically try the pistachio pasta and WOW it was worth it! It can be very difficult to make a reservation here, as it is a quite tiny restaurant, but with careful planning we got a 5:00 Resy and let yourself in. The whole table ordered the same: espresso martini and pistachio pasta. While the combo was a little strange, these two were very recommended. Now I have to go back to enjoy the outdoor seating and a French onion soup!

The food was delicious and the portions were good. The service was great. I sat when I got in. The waiter was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I was happy. I ate in the salon at the fireplace. I had the escargot and mussels. The escargot has been seasoned perfectly. The shells were large and came in a huge pot. My friend had the duck and said it was seasoned and wonderfully cooked. I definitely come back!

Loved it, only thing was we weren’t recommended the onion soup… it was the best ever and a staple. Steak de frites was amazing and duck fabulous. Compliments to the chef!!!

What a great place to have a New Year's Eve dinner. Chez Billy Sud has been a favorite of ours since it opened. The only thing I wish they would bring back is the Paris-Brest!
