Chez Domi - Reservar uma mesa

Arrived in Brantome at 1430 and the family were all hungry but every place said non to us when enquiring about food. We knew it wasnt going to be the Ritz and i opted for fish and chips €13 and others had quiche and Croque Monsieur. The food was average to say the least but it filled a hole and the service was quick. Asked for soft drinks and there was only 2 bottles of coca cola light in the bar and no fanta orange so the rest opted for lemonade. I really couldnt recommend this place for food unless you've got no other option

After being totally ignored by the restaurant next door, we went into Chez Domi who found us a table immediately. We all had the Menu de Jour and were pleasantly surprised, the pate to start and the confit of duck were especially tasty. No issues that some other reviewers mention.

Called in for lunch ehilst attending the Tuesday market in Brantome Chez Domi is a typical French cafe spotlessly clean and full of locals service was good and the food quite acceptable not the warmest of welcomes, but hey, Chez Domi is OK

Tucked away in the town square, a French coffee shop pack with local residents on market days. Coffee is good and strong and great place for people watching

Brief stop in Brantome on the way furthe South. This place was ideal. A good Confit de Canard produced very quickly at a modest price
